When we were first called to this house in the Conyers area, it was to replace the roof and shingles, and install some skylights.  The owner saw that water damage was causing significant destruction to areas of siding and decided to let us do the work.  Since the owner was also a working mom, she decided for the lowest possible maintenance application and thus to go with a vinyl installation.

To keep the integrity of the architectural style of the house intact, a vertical siding was chosen.  Reynolds has a vinyl Board & Batten product in four colors.  The Canyon Tan Color worked well with the fieldstone front.  We created a siding environment that would protect the house for the homeowner's lifetime.  There was no fascia board on the front since the roof line was open rafters.  We created a fascia board, closed in the soffit, and attached gutters.
This was to protect the front entrance area because it had already started to show signs of decay due to water damage collecting at the base and on the front stoop.  We removed the old roofing shingles and replaced them with a 30 year architectural shingle by Owens Corning.  We also installed two skylights in the central area of the house and a special solatube in the interior bathroom.

Due to the higher cost of this type of application, we are doing the job in phases.  Front first, sides and rear at a later date.

Limited lifetime warranty on all vinyl products.
