This home was in serious condition. It required a complete removal of existing siding. Occasionally the siding on a house (this was a press-board siding) has deteriorated to such an extreme, it must first be removed before anything new can be replaced. This home was a text-book case of that situation. |

| It was relaced with an Alside Charter Oaks smooth panel in a straight lap. From first impressions, you can not tell that this house is vinyl-sided. Alside's Charter Oaks is partially responsible but our outstanding work is also responsible. |
