A Porch Enclosure is a quick and effective way to add private living space to an existing area that is usually available on most in-town homes. A Screen Room is a relatively inexpensive way to add family space without the worry of an expensive foundation and all the extra expenses of building on. Usually a simple slab, some uncomplicated framing and a good screen adds up to a quick room addition that lets you enjoy outdoors with some of the freedom of an indoor environment. Most homeowners prefer a ceiling fan and a couple of electric outlets if possible. Most screened-in rooms start at approximately $3,500 and increase in price according to flooring (slab) and options. A Sunroom can be added to an existing area or an existing area can be easily converted. There are as many styles and sizes as there are budgets.
