| This deck was designed with a desire to soften the look on the back of the house and provide privacy from the exposed neighbor's home. The deck is high off the ground and heavily constructed and can literally hold the weight of a car. It has a 5-foot wide stairway with a 2nd platform for safety purposes. It has a 1-foot lip exterior counter top all around the top of the deck for eating or resting. This was a highly successful decking project that cost under $6,000 to complete. |
